We will be kicking off our 2024 season with our Parent Meeting on Wednesday, February 21st at 6 PM in the SHHS Cafeteria.

Indoor Season is almost here!
We will have a team meeting for those wanting to participate in indoors after school on Wednesday, January 4th. The location of the meeting is TBD but you will want to wear your workout clothes.
Practices will be Monday thru Thursday @ 3 PM (2:30 on Mondays). Each practice will be 1 hour.
- Monday / Wednesday @ the ALC for conditioning / core / agility / plyometrics etc.
- Tuesday / Thursday @ Weight Room for strength

Welcome to the 2022 track season! Our staff is super excited for this season!
We will having a parent meeting on Wednesday, December 15th @ 6 PM in the cafateria. We will cover all the details you need to know for the indoor season in this meeting. Please attend and bring a parent with you.
Practices will be starting on Monday, January 3rd @ 2:30 PM at the ALC.
